Yukki smiled a smile that nobody could see from the corner of the room as he watched the boy dance around happily. Yukki had been sitting outside of the town invisible, waiting for a traveler to come along, and was now intent on following this one and taking whatever items they happened to be carrying in their pockets.
He snuck up behind the boy and tried to search him for items, only to find that he couldn't because the boy was dancing to the ragtime music. He sighed and looked around the room, slipping into his enhanced senses. He saw the boy dancing in front of him, obviously. What surprised him a little, but only a little, were the spirits around the room that had been invisible moments before. There was one at the piano, obviously. There was a spirit behind the bar and was staring at the dancer. several ghosts were around the room, some looking at the boy, others staring directly at Yukki himself.
Yukki turned his attention back to the boy, and began to realize he wasn't going to be able to pickpocket him. He frowned as he realized this. Oh well. Time to do things the hard way. He pulled out his pistol and aimed directly at the boy's head. Right as he fired, the boy turned in his dance, and Yukki missed. For a second he was completely visible, and he was standing right in front of the boy. There was no way he could have not noticed him. And as if only to make a bad situation worse, the piano ghost stopped playing and turned to look at him.
Yukki sighed as the boy began to look around for what had caused the gunshot. All Yukki could do now was beg Omni that this boy did not find him. But even as he did, the boy began walking right towards him.
