It was time to finish this. Jail would be a blessing compared to where this insane child deserved to be. Ramblings of hating humanity, when she herself was human? That would be a one way ticket to Arkham Asylum for sure. As Cyborg charged forward he noticed the growing level of fatigue on the young girl's face. He smiled, apparently her teleporting and red projectiles she kept annoyingly throwing at him drained her energy significantly. Cyborg once again transformed his blaster into the large gauntlet as he neared the girl. She tried to roll out of the way bit was to slow, the gauntlet connected with her stomach, causing her to gasp as the air left her lungs abruptly. She kneeled down clutching her chest has she desperately gasped for air.
"Hyper beam now online" chirped his internal computer.
Well that was perfect timing , Cyborg thought with a smile.
A small metal like door slid open on Cyborg's chest revealing an already charging cannon. Much like his normal blaster that replaced his hand a high pitched whine echoed around the plaza. The cannon began to emit a brilliant light as the whine grew louder, the intensity caused the girl to cover her eyes, a look of dismay spreading across her youthful features.
"Booyah!" Cyborg yelled over the ever growing noise.
After a shirt time a large white beam erupted from his chest, engulfing the youth. Smoke began to ruse from the area of impact covering the impact zone.
With a gasp, the beam abruptly ended, leaving Cyborg feeling exhausted, a slight smile played on his face as he for the smoke to clear.
"Energy based weapons offline. Recharge needed" the computer brightly quipped.
"Start recharging all energy based weapons"
"Affirmative, recharging in progress. Estimated time untill basic weapons are fully functional : Two minutes. Estimated recharge time for hyperbeam: inconclusive, information not found"
Cyborg rolled his eyes. Seems like he would ha be to manually recharge his cannon. He would worry about it later, he wouldn't be able to fire off another one of those so soon anyways.
