I am wishing to fight Chara as she has killed a Stormtrooper and is escaping. I'm on the same verse and have a communicator as well as being an ally with the EPD. So now for my question.

Do I have to post an OOC challenge still? Chara is well aware of the fight and we have been talking back and forth about how to initiate this. I've never been in one and I've read the rules for fighting several times but I don't think I'm grasping how to initiate this.
