You'll need Area Attack if you want it to be a meter in size. You'd have to either buy the Prof. or reduce it to at max a yard. Sounds semi-pedantic because they're so close in size but the difference is an extra 3 inches. Also, can this be used in motion or with other moves? (just saw the edit)
