Optical Heat Projection: How fast do the beams travel (or how long until it reaches max range)? Can this be used in motion? Does it require his concentration to maintain? Can this be used with other moves? Lastly, what's the stamina drain on this? I know that it requires a recharge between uses but can he spam it throughout a fight or will repeated use wear him down?
