Heat Gun Burst: What's the size of the projectiles? How fast do they travel? Can this be fired (LAWL) while he's moving? How many of these can he fire or how draining is it on his stamina to fire them? Can this be used with other moves (I'm assuming he can't use it with the other fire mode, but for other moves?)
Heat Gun Beam: What's the size of the plume? How fast does it move? Can this be used while in motion or does he need to stand still to hit stuff? Can this be used with other moves? Also, you'll need to nerf the range on this a bit. Being able to shoot a debuffing plume of fire 90 feet is a little bit nuts. I'd be more comfortable with 10 meters and you should note that those farther away won't take as much damage.
