Carmelita: Approved, just be sure to note that those with Enhanced Senses will be able to work around that effect depending on how far they are from her. Foresight would also tip them off, but being that you use a gun that wouldn't help them too much.
Chara: For descriptive purposes, can you mention the dimensions and shape of the shield? Also, can this be cast in motion and does she need to stand still when it’s cast? Does it require concentration to pull off? I know that there is a lag time between casts, but what is the stamina drain? How much damage can it take (small, medium, large amount?)
