Yeah, I guess I'm switching Debuff and Ranged Attack out? Cause it's not an attack that does damage at all so...
I'll add in a section that says the short bursts are only about a square foot of webbing and when they land simply look like a normal cobweb, taking up about one square foot of space on whatever surface they attach to. As for how many, it's subject to the same 'one minute and then a cool down,' but I'd wager there's probably a second gap at least between bursts when fired in succession. I'll also edit that in.
