Yes to Dragon's Teeth and what if I replace Burst movement with Super Speed.
Burnout(Requires Area Attack Proficiency, Burst Movement)- 600 OM: Shyvana summons fire around her, covering a three foot radius all around her. While Burnout is active she slowly begins to gain movement speed until she is at 150 % of her SPD (Super Speed) . This move can last for up to 6 seconds but multiple uses leaves Shyvana extremely fatigued.
If Shyvana is in Dragon Form, Burnout additionally leaves a trail of fire wherever she goes that lasts for 5 additional seconds.
