Palm Blast: I'm confused. You said there was a 5 sec charge time and then you said there's no charge? Do you mean there's no need of concentration? I'd say that you wouldn't be able to have something that is both minimally draining and doesn't require concentration to charge up with the amount of damage you're doing. If you give it at least a mild stamina drain or leave Warren at least somewhat susceptible to being distracted, that would help. Also, can this be used in conjunction with other moves?
