Palm Blast: (300): 

Holding out the palms of his hands,  Warren will gather a blackish purplish energy and then shoot it as beams from his palms of his hands. When the beam hits it would hurt like nobody's business.  The Palm Blast would also do a fair amount of damage.  The move is one that Warren will pick up on his way to Camelot.  The Palm Blast is based off of an ability Warren once had.  These beams are about double an arm in width and length.  The single beam that it can shoot which is relatively low powered is about as fast as if someone were to throw a foot ball and aim for the head of an individual. The charge time is about 5 seconds with a recharge time of 20 seconds.  A single beam can be shot per time before it must recharge.   Either hand can be used as a means of firing the beam. 

Can you elaborate on the size? 'double an arm in length and width' is kinda vague and confusing considering arm length varies by person. What's the range on this? Can it be used in motion or does Warren need to stand still to charge/throw? Can he accurately hit moving targets or is it best used on stationary targets? Does the charge-up require concentration? How draining is this to use?

Yojimbo Style: Rashōmon Rush (300 OM)

With his blade sheathed, Hiro gets close to his opponent, and shoulder checks them backwards. As they stumble back, arms flailing, he unsheathes his blade and performs a simultaneous strike with sword and scabbard aimed at their arms, finishing with a horizontal scissor cut at head level. This move takes three seconds in total, one for each stage; unsheathing, arm strikes, and cross cut. Hiro is vulnerable to counterattack directly after his finishing slice due to the awkward position it leaves his weapon in, and cannot use Burst Movement for five seconds afterwards. Additionally, if the shoulder check does not land, this move is interrupted.

How draining is this to use? I.e. can Hiro spam this over and over provided he isn't hit in-between? Also, you probably know this but not every person you use it on will be stunlocked for the whole thing, especially if they have a high DEF and TEC. Just wanted to be clear on that part; I'm liking the style of this move, though.
