Asauchi: You wouldn't need to pay 600 for this. It's just a sword, the defensive stuff like parrying and knocking projectiles out of the way comes along with it and draws from your TEC and SPD stats. 300 OM should be good, unless you want to make it more defensive and have it generate an aura that can block larger things, etc.
