Full Moon Trouble
#7
Hoshi's gaze drifted back to the sea that tempted him in with the waves breaking against his ankles and pulling him towards the depths of the ocean. The voices beckoned him, pleaded him to come out an play in the water. Almost like a large body of water teased a dog on the hottest of days of summer. But it was reaching the middle of the night, the moon was beaming down on her slave, and the stars were twinkling against the reflection of the water. He wasn't able to appreciate what a real night sky looks like because he was too swept up in the current of voices that were luring him into the sea.

He couldn't make out what the voices were saying, so he was inclined to agree with him. He nodded a slow nod well after he should have responded though. When he realized he was talking about buying clothes and not about the voices he heard, Dust snapped out of it and refocused on his companions questions. "What? Omnilium? I think we can revert it to whatever coin we need." He said, turning back to the sea once more. It sang to him, it beckoned him to come swim with the stars. But the ocean couldn't speak, right? He shook his head again and moved to walk away. After one step, however, he felt frozen to the sand. Why did he want to leave?
