- Your name is MARK. It has been one month since you were SUMMONED to COSTA DEL SOL. You have since acclimated despite IMPERIAL PRESENCE. A number of CDs are scattered about your EXTREMELY MESSY bedroom. You collect BOOKS, even though you rarely find the time to read them. You instead waste time on the DATAVERSE and listen to ANGSTY MUSIC while taking yourself WAY TOO SERIOUSLY. You are prone to bouts of extreme over-analysis, usually to the point of REALLY PISSING PEOPLE OFF. You enjoy memorizing POINTLESS INFORMATION and regurgitating it to anyone who will listen. You also play CARD GAMES on occasion.
- Nearly always wears dark jeans and a dark sweatshirt, both bearing no noticeable design. Generally has a lack of self-confidence and is eager to please people that he meets, rarely if ever speaking against things people say even if he disagrees with them. Very quiet when meeting people, opting to keep to himself most of the time unless approached. Very methodical, opting for a strong following of scientific method. Follows an ‘Actions speak louder than words’ mentality.
- Land of Lenses and Sparks: A land of perpetual night, composed of a nigh-endless sea dotted with innumerable archipelagos and larger stand-alone islands. Many of these islands are home to observatories, gazing yearningly into the inky abyss. They eye, more importantly, the many constellations of stars that dot the otherwise dark void. Notable in this land are stars that shift and swirl, their locations changing by the day. These stars are are in constant flux, forming new patterns as time passes, with some stars flickering out and others growing brighter. While in the past the inhabitants of the land would look upon the beautiful stars and live peacefully beneath the kaleidoscope overhead, lately the stars have begun to decrease in number, the swirling movements slowing to a halt. Those that dwell there now stare with rapt attention into the cosmos, hoping to find some meaning in this change. Their lives of simple living have changed to one of fear and anxiety, this negativity breeding anger and strife as they attempt to puzzle meaning. The quest thrust on the hero of this land is to find the source of this change and bring peace to the inhabitants.
