This would be cool, NB already had eventual plans for an OV Geneva convention that we would be inviting all factions to, so this alignes nicely with that.

Yeah, and Mickey and Gilgamesh are tentatively on good terms now, so he's definitely invited.

So, a totally not exhaustive list of factions - big and small - in the OV that might, eventually, be interested in coalescing at one big huge event. Like I said, this is... v far off, the idea is still in its infancy IC. But if I've missed a faction (and I definitely have) you think should be included, please let me know.
