Odin listened to the thump of heavy metal boots on the bar’s wooden floor. Turning, he saw a man in some kind of black and silver suit. The man approached him directly and started rambling on. What really struck him was that the man seemed to know he was new to the Omniverse and a prime.
“Hello Stranger. Care to join us? The drink isn’t good, but it’s cheap,” he smiled at Wild Card.
“Hear! Hear!” cheered a few of the patrons around them at Odin’s statement about the ale.
“In any event, you can call me Wednesday. Now I must ask you a question because it will drive me crazy if I don’t. How can you tell that I am new here and a prime? To be honest, I was hoping to hide that information,” explained Odin.
Finally catching up, the ranger decided to pipe in, “Wait… You’re a prime? You should have just told me that in the first place.” Then after taking another long swig, he added, “It will cost you double, however. I know primes always have plenty of Omnilium lying around.”
