"Son of A-!"
The half-demon flipped and crashed to the hard sandy ground of the new verse he entered. A cool breeze blew past him as he got up to his cloven feet, the breeze left the scent of fresh salt water and a warm island sent that you would get in islands of the pacific or Hawaii.
"Welp, I'm going to be sore in the morning."
Red took few steps and shook his head before he realized that he had not just landed on an island, but in a large breathtaking city it was almost as if he was in a vacation resort, but surely something must be off there usually is in places like this, have it be Nazis to werewolves it made no difference as long as nothing bad happens or if nobody messes with Hellboy it would be fine. All Hellboy needs to do is lay low and find someone with information on the Omni figure.
Hellboy made his way to the sidewalk of large grand city pocketing his hands and smoking a cigar. It seemed that there was a large parade was going on, horns and drums could be heard from every corner, the city streets were starting to look more like a boardwalk. Guards in pale white armor could be seen on every rooftop. They must be police or something, it wouldn't be wise to do anything here they seemed to all have a form of a gun.
The Half-demon passed on passing a marketplace, The big red demon finally stopped in what would be an excuse of a bar bursting through the doors HB walked up the place and put his left elbow on the bar table. The Bartender there was a large bald bearded man who had never seemed to have seen a demon before and just stared in awe.
"Hey, pal take a picture it'll last longer," Hellboy said in an irritated tone.
The bartender shook his head. "Oh, um, sorry, uh, how can I help you, sir?"
"Jeez thanks for askin, I don't really know where I'm at and I need to find a place to stay for a little, know where I can find any."
"Oh, there's a, Um, hotel down the street from here, uh, mister."
"Hellboy is the name, thanks for the information barkeep."
Hellboy paced out of the bar causing tables and bottles to shake.
"Hmm, hotel down the street, eh, hope they take credit."
Hellboy made his way down the street and stopped at the sound of a little girl yelling behind a fence near an ally way. From what it sounded like was that someone was caught vandalizing one of the buildings near them and it seemed that the person was looking for a fight.
It's one thing to threaten an adult, but it just isn't right to be threatening a little girl.
Hellboy raised his oversized fist and smashed the wooden fence the separated him for the punk. Wooden planks blasted everywhere, the punk turned jumping to a surprise of the large demon. The big red half-demon gave a hard punch with his stone fist causing the smaller demon to launch into the concrete wall behind him.
"Anyone ever teach you that threatening a little girl is wrong?"
The smaller demon got back on his feet shaking, the demon was never done such a way, it scared him to his very core.
"N Na N N n ."
"Just beat it, kid, I think you learned your lesson."
The young demon stumbled and fell to the ground trying to get away. Hellboy pulled out another cigar and let it before turning his head towards the little girl.
"You're alright Kiddo?"
