Surrender was the only option. Sure he'd be locked up for a time, but he could always break himself free. Later he did intend on breaking himself out and ensuring his own survival by getting the weapon he needed. Allowing himself to be cuffed, Warren started to think on it. Building an actual light-saber was going to be a hard problem. Yet it wasn't that hard to come up with a suitable solution. One did not need a PHD to discover a potential alternative to the issue of not having a sword that was properly made. Said solution was a rather simple one actually. Build a sword that wasn't a lightsaber but still possessed the same capabilities. Perhaps if one were made out of a specially treated glass it would allow Warren to wield it properly and at the same time be useful enough for him that he wouldn't have to rely on it overly much. Still he had a lot of work that he needed to accomplish including eventually plotting his escape from whatever prison they would put him in. These clone troopers would die later when he had the time to exact revenge on them for interfering with his plans that he had spent since his arrival making.
Blast that Omni. His accursed smile made Warren sick to his stomach because the individual had sabotaged his technology. Even now he could barely get some of the features of the suit working. Still, he had to hand it to Omni. It was a good way to keep individuals contained by stripping them of powers possessed by them as well as technology and making them defenseless. Yet he wouldn't remain helpless for long. Eyes glowing with purple energy Warren said to him. "Don't worry. I'll submit... for now." Indeed he would submit for now as he didn't know how to use the OM to summon something he could use in a combat situation... yet. Later he'd have to learn how to use the OM to summon the sword that he'd need in order to be at least semi-armed so that he could survive in this strange new world. Warren was not the kind of individual who would fight when a situation was hopeless, because he didn't have a death wish.
The clone commander likely had reinforcements on the way, and Warren lacked a weapon. So for now he'd cooperate with the clone because he had no other option that could ensure his actual survival. Later on when he had more experience he planned on coming back to this world and destroying every last one of the Clone Troopers who had sabotaged his equipment. Of course they wouldn't know that, presently. "Can we hurry this up?" asked Warren.
