As long as you've got the OM for it, you can purchase it whenever you want. Just make sure to update your Roster and Purchase Log.

Fire rate: 3 seconds to empty the entire gun
Reload: 5 seconds for all three shells
Range: 7 yards then damages starts to lessen
While the bullets won't actually punch through someone, it will heavilly persuaded them to not attack Connor. So heavily damaging.
Toss that info into the move description and I'll stamp ya'.
