Well, in Homestuck, the characters are supposed to mature into their classpect, and both the planet and its quest will help em to get there. So, unless the character has a pretty good idea on how to "be" their classpect, they won't be able to complete the quest.
And sometimes they just forget about them. Rose never completed hers, and neither did the alpha kids
And considerating you have a Page of Breath, i doubt he'll be able to complete his quest without a ton of help from his teammates. Pages are slow and always start reeaaaaally far from their classpect
