I love the setting for almost every Assassin's Creed game I play. The crews that work on the details in all those historical locations... those people are unmatched.
It almost makes up for how repetitive those games are and how god-awful the plots are. Almost.
I also liked Super Mario RPG's take on the Mario world, and it should be obvious that File Island a la the old Digimon World games was also something I thoroughly enjoyed.
