The blade he was going to create was going to not be traditional like a light-saber was. For Warren had no knowledge of the power called 'The Force' and had no desire really to learn said power. This meant the blade was going to have to be modified and made differently than the ones wielded by the 'Jedi' or the 'Sith' the two factions that used such weaponry. Of course he'd never met a representative of either organization and so that should be easy enough to keep his sword looking separate from theirs. While it was true in the past he possessed the power of "Telekinesis" the power had only been granted by the Anticorians when they had forced him into servitude by means of the Anticorian Cuff that they had put on his arm. The cuff had not been pleasant for him to wear and had been quite painful. The brainwashing of the device had eventually been overcome by it and he'd been able to manipulate the Guardians and put down Sudden Death. But now he had a lot of work that he needed to have done if he was to survive on this world. Enough thoughts had been given to the past, what he needed to do was think about the future of his plans. Groaning, Warren realized what he would need to do now.
His swordsmanship skills would likely need to improve so he could develop techniques with the sword. In addition, he'd also have to work on perhaps gaining another weapon, his wrist-blasters back. Yes having them back was a definite must because he wanted a mix of both ranged and melee combat within his arsenal. For now, he'd focus on the lightsaber design and acquiring the materials he needed to build said blade for himself since he had no minions, an oversight he'd later correct. Sighing, Warren went out to gather the materials. About four hours later Warren had collected all the materials he needed in order to build the blade and create it. But once he had it made he needed to do more than simply craft the sword. It needed to be more than a regular lightsaber. What it needed to do was fit him perfectly and be a perfect addition to his arsenal.
"Well time to go to work..." said Warren. Warren checked to make sure the helmet of his suit was in working order and immediately started work on crafting the hilt that he would need. Most likely this would take several attempts which made it a very good thing he'd gathered enough materials for 5 attempts to make the blade. Usually his first attempt to make a new weapon would fail so he had enough for a few attempts as he planned on getting this right. The blade had to be made properly and he couldn't allow it to have any malfunctions whatsoever as he needed it in his plans to survive. When his first attempt to create the blade resulted in an explosion, a conclusion was reached by Warren. He REALLY needed a proper lab if he was going to do any building of anything. What he needed was a place he could call home and make his own. Using an abandoned warehouse was good and all but for the long term having somewhere would be a good idea. "Damn it. Why did my first attempt to create one of those have to explode? I'll have to do something about the problem and build the next one properly. After all, I need an energy blade I can use."
