Out of the frying pan and into the fire.

Thor looked at his friend and smiled. "For all your striving toward advancement you Midgardians still cannot seem to escape the need for your machines to be fueled." Thor laughed as he watched his companion kick the dark steel of the ship's control room. "Reclaim the value of this flightless bird and let me show you the wonders of the nine realms." He turned, still smiling, with a sweep of his cape and began to walk out of the ship. The Red-Hood followed, with a grunt, then began to extract the Omnilium he had used to create the Bat Plane. At first the process was slow. Not accustomed to working with such a large object his red-helmed comrade began to pull the plane apart orb by orb. However, it did not take long for the former boy wonder to find a quicker way. Soon the plane was melting into hundreds orbs of omnilium all flowing casually into their owner. Thor waited for him to finish before stepping forward.

"You could have made yours while I as breaking down the Bat Plane." Red said as Thor stepped up to were the vehicle had been.

"I doubt you will be able to concentrate while I am summoning!" Thor pulled an orb of Omnilium from within himself and held the sphere of pure potential up to the blackened sky. The ash filled air of the Steppes began to swirl like storm clouds. The winds began to stir, then howl, as they blew against the cracked and dusty earth. For a moment it seemed like that might be all that would happen. The wind still howled and the skies still stirred and Thor stood at the center of it holding up the faintly glowing sphere. Then lightning cut through the soot-filled sky and struck the orb in Thor's hand. The Omnilium began to grow. With every passing second it seemed to devour more of the bolt growing ever larger. It began to spark and flash in a multicolored display. Thor moved out from under the orb and put both hands on the seemingly volatile sphere. The process was long and anyone who might have been unaware of the primes presence at the gate was now more than alerted to their presence, but the orb had finally reached the size it needed. It popped with a Thunderous BOOM! The winds died and the sky grew calm once more. Where the Omnilium had been now stood a strange smooth thing made of a technology that seemed both very advanced and very old. Something from a darker world than Thor's own. It seemed to almost fit in the dark desolation of the Ashen Steppes. It's lower part was buried in the cracked earth. Thor walked up to it.

"This is a Harrow. A ship used by the armies of Svartalfheim in an assault on my home. They do not have as much room as your Bat Plane," Thor said with a hint of a smile, "but they are built for speed. It should suit our purposes well."
