OK, lets address everything.
Sentry - does Dell carry this around with him at all times?
He doesn't carry around a level 3 at all times, only the toolbox containing a level 1 that must be built and then upgraded to a three. Build time can be translated into casting time.
When he picks it up, is that the same as deactivating the move?
Yes, as it will not be present on the battlefield any longer. Maybe if he picks it up, it would reduce the cast time of the next sentry?
Since this is the Omniverse, this thing is not going to target anyone that Dell himself isn't focusing on/ isn't aware of (and by aware, I mean knowing where they are, not just knowing that they are in the vicinity). This can, however, be upgraded with enhanced senses.
That actually solves the targeting problems I was thinking I would have to address. Makes sense, and I'll look into upgrading that later.
What is the splash damage area of level 3? Since this is a rocket turret, and not really something that would tire Dell out, how durable is it, what will it take to destroy it?
As stated, they fire in a tight cluster with little to no splash. If there is any, it'd be limited to less than a foot from the point of impact. I might upgrade it later for real splash if I pick up Area Damage. As for durability, its pretty fragile against blunt force and explosions but a few bullets isnt going to tear it to shreds.
The Widowmaker - That whole ammo not running out should just be RP Fodder stuff, you will still need to reload your weapon. what is it's fire rate? How often do you need to reload the weapon?
Firerate is about 2 per second. I'd say it'd need to be reloaded every 10 shots. The rest is just RP fodder, got it.
Just as a reminder - basic attacks (with your hands and feet) will be ineffective without physical strength prof.
I'm thinking I should pick that up, considering Dell's pretty limited when it comes to offensive options at the moment
