Apologies for the delay. Encountered some difficulties that demanded my attention for a bit.

Circle of Arcane Bolts:

After concentrating for 30 sec an arcane circle slowly starts to appear above his head. after 10 seconds the arcane circle is completely formed where it waits for a mental command it does not need to be maintained. Sjouren then has to aim each volley of 10 or 20 bolts in a general direction. Each volley drains a considerable amount of energy from him and he must wait another 30 seconds for him to use it again. He can use other spells in the interval wait period but doing so drains his energy even further once his energy is exhausted the circle shatters and can not be summoned again for at least another day. The circle takes the form of runic writing made out of a purple energy.


Circle of protection:

this glowing spherical circle is summoned instantaneously and covers the user and three nearby allies. It has just enough room for four people and is centered on the caster. it uses the casters tec score to block attacks any attack higher then the casters tec will break the shield also repeated attacks can break the shield given enough time. The shield takes all the casters concentration to maintain and is extremely taxing to keep up but is a reliable shield. The shield takes the form of glowing runic letters surrounding the caster and allies in a spherical circle.

Circle of Arcane Bolts: Looking better, but now there are some other difficulties to work through.
-- 40 seconds to use this move is going to leave it very difficult to use in a combat engagement, just to put that out there. It's likely you wouldn't really get a chance to use it very often at all, unless you had an ally to keep opponents distracted so you could prepare it.
-- It will need a definite number of bolts that are fired, 10 or 20 is a liiiiittle too vague.
-- Another question, that didn't occur to me before: what is the range on the bolts when they're fired?
-- 30 seconds between intervals of firing is also a bit...much. It would probably be a one-time use with a cooldown like that. just to point it out.
-- Just to throw this out there, but the whole needing to wait for a day to use it again isn't really necessary.
-- One more question: with the circle not needing to be maintained, can Sjouren move out of it and go elsewhere, or does he need to stay within the circle to make use of it?


Circle of Protection: Alright, let's have us a look-see here...
-- Such a large shield summoned instantaneously is going to be fairly weak right off, but with the constant concentration needed to maintain it that's somewhat offset.
-- It would actually be based on your DEF how well it can withstand attacks.
-- Just one last thing, what is the approximate size of the shield? Enough room for four people would probably be a few meters in radius, I would think, but just for clarity's sake so folks writing with you know what's up.
