That kind of thing works in a videogame, but it would simply be giving you a stronger version of a heal to make it conditionally stronger. Given that, in a writing environment, that condition will be fulfilled without the luck/skill that's involved in the game. I have to set rules to keep it balanced. Not every single thing is allowed on the RPG. Anything involving regeneration or energy absorption is very limited. I have to have some boundaries.
If you want you can do a combination Super Move that does a smaller amount of damage and heals a small amount of damage. That kind of thing would be fine.
