"Fucking... hell," Jupiter muttered, wiping blood from below his bottom lip. This was not good, not at all. This "harbinger" was a real pain in the ass. In the worst way possible. Thing is, it wasn't easy to even move after that shotgun blast from the toaster. Either way, all these people could go and fuck themselves.
He vaguely noticed something... odd, with the exorcist and the agent. They went and fused just like this Harbinger. Damn it all, why couldn't people just fight alone? A gloved hand slowly moved to grab his red-tinged sword from the ground next to him. Using it to push himself upwards, he stood weakly. He was back in the game. Well, he was, until a plague-infested fist knocked him back down onto the ground.
"Don't you see, traitor?" A blade sliced through the air straight toward him, and Jupiter rolled out of the way to meet his blade with his own. "All is destined to end eventually. It seems your life will end... rather early." The two blades met, sending off a loud clang. And another, and another. Jupiter was sort of winning, because of his advantages, but Okor was certainly keeping up, despite his bulk.
"Y'know, you shouldn't-" Clang. "-count me out so early, Sir Stinksalot," the younger of the two muttered, jumping to the side and avoiding yet another swipe. The plagued one got a slice in, and hit him in the shoulder. Needless to say, it was rather painful.
"Thing is about me, I don't really give up until I'm not breathing any longer," he said, to which the creature chuckled. "Admirable. But you don't... stand one chance," replied Okor, before aiming a stab into him. Another dodge, another attempted attack. This whole play was getting boring. Maybe it was time to spice things up a little.
Jupiter backed up, focusing on his weapons of choice. Gaster Blasters. They surrounded him soon enough, and he began dashing toward the diseased mass that was Okor. A hand shot to his gun holster, and he grabbed the pistol lying in wait. Here goes nothing.
It was a stupid plan, in retrospect. But it had to work. He jumped, vaulting over the beast's head (if you could call it that), and four concentrated white rays, plus a bullet, hit their target at once. Okor was knocked forward a few meters. Success.
But as he rushed forward for another try, his opponent was ready. A diseased sword found its way into a metal skull, and Jupiter was floored. Smoke filled the air as a finishing blow was prepared. Smoke... that didn't belong. The hybrid's head tilted back, and there it was. A brown and red gate, ready to be entered.
