- They’re doors/archways. Constantly open, stepping through is an instant transport. You can’t be half-and-half.
- Depends on the ‘Verse. The description threads in each Verse will give you a better idea. Places like the Vasty Deep are extremely varied from place to place while the Frozen Fields is pretty much just all snow and ice. Specifically for the Dunes:
’The Endless Dunes Information’ Wrote:When one emerges from the gates, they find themselves in a savanna, with sparse trees and grasslands. The climate here borders on bearable, with a rainy season not present in the interior...Beyond the valleys, the land becomes more arid and so does the danger of death by dehydration or starvation. The further you go, the less there is, until there is only sand in every direction.
So you could call it Earth-like, but it’s still a desert. It could rain there, but don’t expect a rain forest or a blizzard.
3. I’m sure you could find some nice nomads out there. They’d be the minority, but you could write some in.
4. Either or. Primes absorb OM from the environment just by existing, so if they really wanted to they could sit around absorbing rock piles. It’s not the most efficient way to do it, but it’d work if you want to play it that way. I imagine it would hypothetically work like melting something would; trying to do a large pile all at once would take longer than doing the small pieces in succession.
5. Generally no, you wouldn’t be able to summon up large-scale weather disturbances. But you could make and purchase a move that summons a temporary storm or something.
6. Non-Primes can’t manipulate Omnilium, so they’d pretty much just carry it around. While they could probably carry it around in its shiny-orb state, they’re more likely to have it in the form of gold coins or other valuables that were made from Omnilium.
