"First of you have to focus on it to come out, then whatever you want you have to visualize it. For example when I got my new knife I just thought of all of the details of it. From my understanding the bigger the object the longer it takes. And you can heal yourself as you've seen me do, again the more injured you are the longer it takes. That's all I really know about it however. I'm sure there's more to it though." The orb disappeared as Red stopped thinking about the object.
Alex looked at the two primes, confused and slightly scared at the sudden appearance and disappearance of the strange orb they were speaking of.
