Righto, well, I brought the Scepter because it's the medium for the energy blasts. I'll just repurchase it at a later date then
As for the energy blasts themselves, 20 foot maximum range, there is a delay of around 2 seconds between each blast. And as I've now got 300 OM floating about, i'll change the energy blasts so they can be charged, to affect the overall strength of a bolt. The maximum charge time is 5 seconds. I'll edit this in to the original post as well.
