The outcome stuff needs to stay purely fluff, and have no effect on the weapon other than how you chose to write while using that weapon. In a competitive game play sense, it is not going to have any sort of effect. It's a revolver, how well you aim with it is dependent on your TEC. It's not really an extra effect, it's rp fodder, the weapon is 300 OM
