Yeah. In Viridian Forest, if you get into a Pokemon battle right in front of a trainer and die in that battle... well, it sets up a Glitch in which you can get a level 1 3rd Evolution Pokemon. Some of these will go to level 100 if they gain less than the experience needed to level up.

He didn't last long, unfortunately. I have him in the PC now, but I replaced him for a Geodude to round the team out a bit more. The new team is:
