This was actually decided ages ago, but it took me this long to write the update. I decided that the random elements of super attacks, on a site like this, were a bit too much. When fights take as long as they do nobody wants to lose because of a random element.
However, it's also a bit lame for super defences to essentially be worthless in the face of super attacks. So this is the new ruling:
However, it's also a bit lame for super defences to essentially be worthless in the face of super attacks. So this is the new ruling:
Quote:If you choose to defend against a Super Attack with another Super Attack, then a judge will be called to roll a dice (usually with random.org for simplicity's sake) to decide what happens. There are two possible outcomes: 1: The Super Attacks cancel each other out. In the case that one Super Attack is stronger than the other, it will simply be weakened. For example if a Tier 2 Super Attack and a Tier 1 Super Attack 'cancel each other out', then the Tier 1 Super Attack will be cancelled out, and the Tier 2 Super Attack will be reduced to a Tier 1 Super Attack Instead. 2: Both Super Attacks go through and deal full damage.
Curious about me and the characters I play? See the 'Staff' page! See also the rosters for my characters Samus Aran or Enel if you'd like to see examples of well-formatted rosters. Hope you enjoy the Omniverse!
