What? No, I said that both parties will agree on a time to prepare that is between one day and seven days. Not that it can't be seven days.
The whole point of mentioning it is that Sauske can have at least 7 days breathing time before the fight whether Thaal wants 7 days or not. To have more Thaal would have to agree and of course they can agree to less.
