(Joining) Bass
#1
Character name:
Bass
Character source:
Mega Man 7
Character history:
Bass was a combat android specifically designed to mirror Mega Man. During the creator process, however, a new energy source, dubbed 'Bassinum' was created, becoming the basis of his energy input and output, and his name. Also, music puns. However, due to his creators want to have him be better than Mega Man in every way, he gave his A.I more room to make free choices. At first, it wasn't too radical, resulting in small diversions of directions, and he had a bit of a 'rebellious teen' attitude. After a while, however, he had the overwhelming desire to be the best, and went full on with the rebelliousness, becoming a threat to both his allies, and enemies. He was pulled from after his defeat in Megaman 8, and was undergoing reconstruction before being transported to the Omniverse.
Physical Description:
Stats:
ATK: 3
Made specifically for combat, his physical and ranged attack strength is great. He prefers using ranged attacks, however. More options.
DEF: 2
His defense wasn't a major part of his production, mainly made for a run and gun approach. His metal exterior does provide some protection.
SPD: 3
He had thrusters installed in his feet, which allow him to dash. Aside from that, his 'run-and-gun' approach means that he has a good amount of movement and mobility.
TEC: 2
Again, he would rather shoot things from a distance. However, if push comes to shove, he has a enough base combat experience to hold his own.
Starting Proficiencies:
Ranged Proficiency (1000 OM)
Buff Proficiency (800)
(1400)
Starting Powers:
Burst Movement (800 OM)
Master Acrobat (400 OM)
(1200)
Starting Moves:
Bass Buster (Normal, and Charged): (Ranged Proficiency Required) (600 OM)
The Bass Buster is an arm cannon, which fires out concentrated blasts of energy slightly larger than a lemon. The shots can be fired around 5 at a time normally. When impacting against a solid surface they create a small explosion around double their size, and can last out in open air for about 5 seconds before dissipating. It can be charged for around five to ten seconds to create a larger, more devastating blast. The larger blast can only be fired once at a time, and is around the Bass's size in height (around 5 feet, 7 inches), and two and a half feet in length, and 1 and a half feet in width. When the larger blast comes into contact, it creates an explosion around 1.5 times it's size. Great for taking out quicker enemies, however. The recharge time does not seem to be an issue, as Bassnium has been proclaimed as an infinite energy resource, although it's possible radioactive nature will cause internal (and if still used, external) damages if overused.

Used 3200 OM in Application, 1800 remaining.
I confirm that I have read and agreed to the Rules of Conduct.
I read it, and I'm pretty sure I understand it. Huzzah.
