Kopaka scowled deeply as Link stomped away from their camp, his green garbed form blending seamlessly into the thicket beyond. It was foolishness...no...it was worse than that. It was betrayal. So the humanoid didn't like the way they were operating? Fine, no one expected complete agreement between all parties here. But you don't just walk out on your team, even when you object to their plans. Link had had more than ample opportunity to express his views before this point, and now, like a petulant Tohunga, he had thrown a tantrum and walked off.
Kopaka had healed the boy. As a team they had tended to him when he was unconscious. Did he really think they were incapable of considering his ethics? The Toa glanced back at Magus. The wizard was violent, there was no doubt, but he wasn't a fool. The same went for Crowley. A deal could have been reached. As great orbs of rain spanged against the dome of his Akaku, Kopaka gathered up his satchel and started off into the night.
"Oh, so you're ducking out too now? Super." Crowley sneered from the shadows, his yellow eyes smoldering in the gloom. The Toa turned around slowly, his own luminescent eyes burning fiercely.
"I want his weapon." Kopaka hissed, stariny ay the other two expectantly. Magus smirked in spite of himself and slowly rose from his resting spot without so much as a groan. Crowley hefted his raucous weapon on to his shoulder and gave the Toa an approving frown. Not bad.
And so, the trio set off into the brush, intent on the deserter's blood. Kopaka led the way, for he felt the most betrayed of all. He had taken a chance on Link, and just when it seemed his trust was well placed, the Hylian had thrown it in his face. Trust...was not something which Kopaka gave out lightly.

Kopaka stared down at the gored features of the storm demon, after haviny helped Magus on his feet. If the wizard was in pain, he didn't show it. The same went for Crowley, at least in a physical sense. The demon seemed to draw more discomfort from the state of his coverings rather than his injuries. Though somewhat grating, the man knew he couldn't complain indefinitely, and so he was able to refocus on the task at hand, which suited Kopaka just fine.
"Been staring at that corpse for a while there, Frosty. You know the guy?" Crowley asked over from where he was helping to clean Magus' wound. Kopaka wished there was more he could do to help in these situations, but he was not proficient in the repair of fully organic bodies. Perhaps it would be a skill to look into once he returned to Coruscant.
"We exchanged blows during the pursuit of the defibrillator." Kopaka said, continuing to stare at the mangled corpse. He was tempted to lash out, to stomp and dessicrate the body, but managed to hold his temper in for now. Crowley just shrugged and shook his head. Kopaka glanced over at the other Prime still in the vicinity. She was thrashing langorously on the ground, trying to find purchase in the thick mud but repeatedly slipping. It was a pitiable site.
Still, Kopaka was not comfortable trying to execute the wretch on the spot. She was far too volatile, and the Toa did not want to risk any unnecessary injuries. Apparently Magus had the same thoughts.
"We should keep moving. There is easier prey to kill." the Fiendlord said, his tone determined yet solemn. Kopaka nodded his head, the gears whirring softly. Perhaps so, perhaps not. At any rate, with how fast the island was shrinking, staying mobile would allow them to continue to get an idea of what threats remained. It was curious, though, that the Warlock would try to force the Primes closer together when that would only ensure that the relics would be assembled more quickly. What game was truly being played, here?
