Claws (Physical Prof) (300): Many of Ditto's forms possess sharp claws used for attacks. Depending on the transformation and material, he can also climb walls with them.

Can Claws also cover pincers, such in the case of Scizor or Kingler? Or is that another move?

Different move.

Just to cover future purchases too, how many of these would require a move that allows attacks? Beak (bird pokemon like Dodrio), Horns (Rhydon), Tail (Vaporeon, heaps of others) Melee Object (Marowak's bone, Farfetch'd's leak), Fangs (for attacks like Bite, Crunch), Spikes (like the coating of Qwilfish, Cloyster's shell), Extra Limbs (this would be specifically for Machamp, Ledyba/Ledian and probably Drapion, but mostly two extra arms or legs), Tusks (Mamoswine? or is that covered by Horns)? I've earmarked Claws and Wings so far.

To use them effectively as a weapon, all of them.

That's a big question, so hopefully three quick approvals below:

Phantom Sword (Requires Physical Prof, extra abilities require Time Manipulation): A powerful blade and the only weapon capable of defeating Bellum, an evil beast during the Hero of Winds' era. While strong in its own right, the Phantom Sword also allows Link to alter time in a limited fashion. Gaining this sword also allows Link to battle dual wielding swords rather than just his sword and shield combo.

Approved at 300.

Light Arrow (Tier 1 Offensive Super Move: Requires Ranged Prof, Area Attack Prof): Link calls upon the powers he wielded in the final battle against Ganondorf and strings a super powered Light Arrow to his bow. It takes several seconds to control the arrow before firing. Once the target is picked, Link releases it, leaving a stream of yellow, ribboned light behind. The arrow does high damage on collision and explodes in a dome of white light, damaging anything caught in the radius of the blast.
