It looked like most of the time spent in these parts was on the water, which didn't exactly cooperate with her suit. Already she could imagine herself replacing a few parts because of corrosion simply from the salt in the air. Those pieces would also be the smaller, more delicate bits. Fun.

The engineer brought up her forearm touchpad, running another diagnostics on pressure, receiving an all clear, "But if we're gonna be doing any sea travel I'll have to decline. I can't be caught out in deep water, swimming isn't exactly possible with this thing on."
