Day 1 Evening
#50
So far, Erik had been dropped into a forest with no weapon, been smashed around by a giant monster, been chased by a psychotic demon girl, had his right eye gouged out and now was fighting the monster once more. Safe to say he was not having a good day, but by god his efforts would not go to waste. The psychic seethed with anger as he pulled his two allies into a huddle to discuss the battle plan.
"Ok, here's what we're going to do." Erik said somewhat irritably. He felt bad for letting his anger out on his companions. "I'm going to draw its attention to me while you two throw everything you've got at it, alright?" His two companions nodded.
"Excellent." Erik said. "Now, let's get to work. Erik peered into the monster's lair. The beast was pacing around the area, looking a little worse for wear. While the beast was not limping, it still seemed poorly in a way. Erik charged into the arena, screaming every profanity he knew in every language he knew. The beast turned to him and bellowed before charging across the field towards him. Just as it was about to smash into Erik, the psychic dived out of the way before rolling back to his feet. His two allies where in the arena by now, hitting the beast with all they had. Cenobia turned to them briefly before Erik unleashed another rage filled barrage of curses. Again and again, the great beast charged Erik, only to have his foe slip away at the last moment. Cenobia had began to tire, its breaths heavy behind its massive mask. It was not the only one to be feeling fatigued. Erik's breath was ragged, coming out in quick, short gasps.

Cenobia charged once more, outright refusing to give up. Erik had to admire the beasts determination, assuming it had any and was not fighting using only animal instinct. When the beast was about a metre away from Erik, the psychic jumped from its path once more. Or, that was the idea at least. The problem is, depth perception isn't easy when you only have one eye. The massive creature smashed into Erik at full bore, with the psychic only barely being able to hold on and avoid being crushed beneath the colossus' feet. At that moment, Cenobia's fierce orange eyes met Erik's single blue eye. The beast's eyes seemed to taunt Erik, they seemed to be mocking him. How DARE this hideous creature mock him. Erik drew his stick and stared the beast directly in the eye. Erik did not speak, he only released a single, wordless, rage filled scream as he plunged his stick into the beast's eye. An ear-splitting shriek filled the air as Erik was once again showered in black blood. Unlike the angry bellows that the group had heard before, this scream was a sound of pure pain. It was not unlike the squeal of a pig, just a dozen times louder. Erik roared in anger and triumph as he yanked his stick from the right eye of the beast, preparing to strike at the left eye.
