Magus vs. Zombie Trixie

Magus walked around in the forest with his weapon slung around his shoulder, it’s brutal nature was something unusual for the warrior. He wasn’t complaining, however this sweaty forest wasn’t the best of positions. He quietly told himself that this would all be worth it once he was out of here with that newfound power. He will find Omni. This was just a small step to getting it.

A twig cracked behind him and he began to turn his head. Immediately a redheaded woman crashed on top of him scratching at his face. Her nails dug a piece of skin right off of his face. He cringed at the ferocity of this woman, as he had to hold her face from gnashing her teeth into his neck. He took a deep breathe before concentrating, time slowed down for a second. He easily pushed the woman off of his body before getting up to his feet and drawing his weapon. He took it out from his back and wielded it accordingly drawing it’s string. Time resumed and the monster that lay on front of him was already at it’s feet. He pulled the string once more and his weapon roared to life, it’s swirling blades dancing threatening it’s opponent. He couldn’t help but smile at the roar of the weapon, almost as if it called for this to eventually happen.

“You want to fight me? I will teach you to be afraid!” He swung the weapon at the woman as she charged straight into him, carrying his weight into the nearby tree. The air flew out of his body and as he choked he brought down the weapon. The monster attempted to avoid it’s touch, but the whirring blades dug into her leg, causing sticky, black blood to spatter everywhere. She screamed in pain and let her prey go from the tree. Magus fell down and began gasping for air. He quickly brought the weapon up to fend the monster off but she was already gone, dashing into the wilderness.

“Prey...too...tough.” He could hear echoing from the woods.

Trixie has a big gash on her leg and will have problems walking - 4 DMG
Magus has a big chunk of skin torn from his face and has a bruised rib- 3 DMG
