If you are talking about your avatar and your signature pictures, both of those are in your personal account settings. Look at the top of the screen just beneath the banner and below the link of the board index is the User Control Panel; click that. A new screen will load with tabs indicating parts of your account. When there hit Profile and you should see the buttons that say edit signature and edit avatar.
