It's time for another character change! Yep, Yang's starting to lose her appeal and I'm considering to change, eventually. So, it is time to open a thread and ramble on about my possible picks!
I am especially considering making a character that would be inclined towards evil (mind you, not a "villain" - just someone with evil tendencies, who COULD be an antagonist but isn't), to make a contrast to Amaterasu. A full-on villain would also be an option. Neither are "mandatory" though, any idea works.
Other plus-points would be given for:
-The character having ESP, being a Psyker, a Force-Sensitive or whatever you wish to call it - basically, them having Telekinetic powers or comparable.
-Any character where putting Mimic would make sense. Ganondorf's Happy Mask Salesman idea was a very good one for this.
-Generally characters which have growth potential. Obviously every character has this potential, but characters that feel "established", that are well-rounded and don't really have space for more without it becoming weird aren't my thing so much (part of the reason why Yang is starting to feel weird to me).
So, here we are with my current list! Inside the spoilerinos you can see a number of pros (+), unsure-if-good-or-bads (~) and cons (-). Obviously the number of + or - indicates its relevance.
Sabrina (Pokemon Adventures) Currently my topmost pick. I've submitted a form to have her be an NPC Prime (I'd obviously withdraw that) so I have a fair idea of where she would be standing. She's got a lot of pluses, really.

++ Rich universe with plenty of secondary options
++ Could make "Gyms" to test people's strength and hand out badges, like in the games
++ With two factions and several NPC Primes there's a lot of room for interaction without even taking other Primes into consideration
++ Popular character = Tons and tons of artwork from the mangas, series, games and fanart
+ Pokemon Adventures put her as evil for a while and later she became good, Pokemon games & series she was good
+ Would not need nerfing
+ Already planned a lot of her moves, powers etc. in the NPC app
+ I could just slap shapeshifting on her to make her look like Tatsumaki

- Pokemon as Assists would be expensive as damn and not offer much variety[/spoiler]
Tatsumaki (One Punch Man) A fun character from an amazing series - objectively saying, that is. One Punch Man has great art, interesting characters, general hilarity and is not about women in bikini armor.

A Diclonius (Elfen Lied) Should be included because Diclonii have ESP. After self-torturing myself through watching the first episode, I kind of took a liking to the idea of mighty hands doing everything. It's NOT gonna be Lucy though.

Shadow Mewtwo or Metal Mewtwo This would obviously require approval first to confirm that it's different enough from the Mewtwo that we have as NPC Prime to be okay. Something something about Mewtwo having stuck to Team Rocket and being generally evil and destructive, having hardened its heart and always wearing the armor from Mewtwo Strikes Back.

Razputin (Psychonauts) He's an ESPer, he could defeat people from the inside by messing with their minds and - JUST KIDDING LOL
Maleficient (Sleeping Beauty, Disney Adaptation) That is to say, the pale witch with the raven and the whole "A forest of thorns shall be his tomb" tale. One of the most amazing Disney villains ever.
[spoiler]+++ Possibly one of the biggest existing verses to pull secondaries from.
++ Overall a cool villain.

- No world-domination or similar big plot, biggest accomplishment was to curse a kid

Aku (Samurai Jack) Seems like Samurai Jack might come back in 2016, but I was all about those series as a kid! Aku's just generally a very powerful character with a few funny moments and whatnot.

+ Lots of powers to build on from

- Not a malicious character, but a full-on villain. Would not be very social in making allies.
- Would need lots of nerfing (I mean, this guy was half dead when he sent a Samurai years into the future and could only be harmed by a single specific weapon)
- Very expensive to just build his base, as he can grow/shrink and has alt forms
-Sometimes he just derps out as a villain[/spoiler]
Cinder (RWBY) Kinda leaving this here, as the extent of her powers, her character and generally everything about her is very vague yet in the series when I am writing this. An option, but not a big contestant.

+ Potential to go further
+ Perfect antagonist to the RWBY crew

- Lacks overall depth in the series
- Unclear motivations and goals, would be hard to play her well

Malon (Legend of Zelda) Underappreciated character, she could be really cool! But she'd be very average, too - and possibly more fitting as a secondary. Still deserves an honorable mention.

Korra (Avatar) I've only seen very little about her (which is to say, snippets from gifs) and only saw a bit of the original Avatar series, the one with Aang. Depending on if she's cool she COULD be an option!
EDIT: I watched the first two episodes and am starting to get the character down. Interesting for sure!

Kaguya Otsotsuki (Naruto) The strongest existing chakra wielder of all time! Outside of generally being a badass and having the options to... well, grow in pretty much any concievable direction, Kaguya would be a cool character who's antagonistic, with a few protagonistic tendencies. The nerfs would be real though.
[spoiler]+++++ More options than I'll ever be able to try, including psychic powers and Mimic
++ Narutoverse is pretty huge and has many options

-- Would need about as much nerfing as Saitama (I mean, she has instant-killing bone projectiles and can make portals!)
- I'll need lots of OM to reach the diversity of moves and powers that canon Kaguya had
- Innate enemies with great Omniverse experience (Sasuke and Kakashi)
- She didn't show up for too long and her personality isn't all that much revealed[/spoiler]
Inori Aizawa (Microsoft) This has come to my consideration as of lately... Internet Explorer 10, personificated! Yes, that's a thing. There's even a video on the youtubes about it.
[spoiler]++ Part of a universe with a number of personified Microsoft products, lots of fun options.
++ Lots of options! (Plugins for IE as equipment, like Skype for Communication)
+ Would be a neat Dataverse focused character.

- No clue whatsoever what goals she might have
- No really innate powers, the promotional video was mostly a silly thing
- The things shown from the video can easily be tacked on to other characters[/spoiler]
