Given how you describe Shapeshifting....you probably wouldn't need it. It sounds like you only intend to change form during powerups and transformations, which you actually don't need the Shapeshifting power to do. Unless you intend to change shape outside of transformations, you won't need this. Let me know what you wanna do with that.
Gokai Gun — This would actually just be a 300 OM move by itself. Different weapons or versions of it for various different forms would be purchased as separate moves as they come up. Each different version would cost another 300 OM regardless.
Gokai Saber — Same as for the above.
Get this taken care of and we'll move on along the road to progress.
