Ffffffffuck.
Damn whatever alien-ass demon turned her into a freak of nature. Millie had hoped to make it to Camelot in time to try and catch a glimpse of that bandit chick who so eerily reminded Millie of herself, except Prime style.
As she walked through the dusty streets of the Colosseum district, however, it was clear that these inbred hick clowns were packing everything up. She had never been to Camelot before, so she never really got a sense of just how low-tech this dump was. I mean, there were people givimg beer to toddlers for Omni's sake! Didn't these people have any sense sanitation.
Whatever.
It wasn't like Millie had a reason to stick around the dusk-lit tents any more. Just as well, because she really sort of stuck out around here. Not because of her dark grey power armor or the eighty pound gatling blaster fastened to her back, ohhhh no. Millie's black-ass stuck out more than a diamond in a dirt pile. Seriously, there were more goblins and furry dudes ambling around here than any sort of ethnic humans.
Speaking of that, as Millie rounded a corner to start heading back to the portal, she came upon the sight of...she didn't even know the hell what. Some kinda albino winged bat monster in a blue striped zoot suit.
Really?
Millie shifted her weight from one foot to the other as she stared at this freak and his little girlfriend. They were all glassy eyed and smiling; probably tourists who felt right at home in this jank-ass foolishness...

And, we dream of home I dream of life out of here Their dreams are small My dreams don't know fear I got my heart full of hope I will change everything No matter what I'm told How impossible it seems We did it before And we'll do it again We're indestructible Even when we're tired And we've been here before Just you and I
Don't try to rescue me I don't need to be rescued
Don't try to rescue me I don't need to be rescued
