Here's the explanation: Your Purchases and Deductions Log will cover anything you get via those options. IE: Moves, Powers, Proficiencies, etc. This thread will allow you to alert people when you update the less technical parts of your Roster. Secondaries, you character history, NPC and PC relations, etc.

Basically, this thread is to let people know they should give your roster another look, cuz you've made some changes. It's not a requirement to use this thread, but it's probably be a nice courtesy for anyone you roleplay with.
