Your application is very solid. History is good most of your moves are good. I'm assuming the two pistol moves are for two separate pistols? In that case you could easily combine them into one move where he uses both of his pistols. If you would like the option to switch out between one and two pistols then it would be separate costs.
Bullet Barrage- It seems as if you could already do this since your guns fire 1 bullet per second. Maybe if you want to add a charge time or anything else this could warrant a move being more powerful. As it is, you could already do this with your previous moves.
Other than that, your application is good.
