Nealaphh's age is actually sort of an interesting conundrum.
Nealaphh as a human, Tearen, was about 30 years old when he died and was reincarnated on the Nameless Planet, and spent another five years there before becoming an Enigma.
When that happened, it began to exist outside of time, meaning that the entire multiverse existed as a state of here/now to Nealaphh; it simply had to choose when and where to be and it would be there. So if you asked how old Nealaphh was in its native Multiverse, the answer is 'no'....or 'infinity'.
If we're talking about Nealaphh in the Omniverse, however, it is only a few weeks old, since this is the first time it's ever occupied its current body.
...so I dunno pick one.
