Wait, I am confused here. Are you able to occupy someone's base? Because I don't see that anywhere in the rules. I do see the part about damages and needing to spend OM to repair them. I thought the most severe thing that could happen was someone could fuck your shit up and cost you 500 OM. How can you just take over a base? They cost 1,000 OM....

My understanding of the rules was that you only pay 500 om if you want to repair you base immediately rather than just have the inhabitants repair it in RP/Timeskip

Adding to this, the pricetag of spending 500 OM to repair any damage to a base is to do it in a matter of minutes or hours, just like summoning it to be gin with, as opposed to the days/weeks/months it would take to do it for 'free', the old-fashioned way. Not necessary to pay for it, but certainly helps.

THAT SAID, there will be no taking over of bases, if that was ever even a worry. Just doesn't fly.
