In your own personal roleplaying threads, for RP fodder, can basic regeneration restore damaged bones and muscular systems? I know advanced is the level that specifically mentions bone and severed limbs, but is that for PvP and Saga based scenarios? If I wanted basic regeneration to repair a fractured arm in a personal thread would I be able to do it?

Strictly speaking, out of battle in personal storylines or such, all Primes can naturally use OM to heal rapidly and recover from even grievous injuries. Of course that does take several hours or a day or two given the extent of the injuries. Regeneration, even at the Basic level, would naturally speed up that process by a far from insubstantial degree. The limits and examples for the powers given are what it could manage in the short term, over the course of a battle or during a constant, on-going scenario without time to rest and devote time and effort to heal.
