Doing his best to shrug off the pain in his head, Somerled turned towards Aadibah. Though he hadn’t really been planning on paying attention to however his other half decided to remedy the situation with the soldier, upon hearing those wonderful words asking how he had made Sonny appear out of seemingly nowhere, the monster just couldn’t help himself.
“Magic, of course!” he exclaimed, louder than he should have due to a ringing sound creeping up in his ears. The grin on his face couldn’t grow any wider, the spirit absolutely reveling in this moment he had to brag. Lifting one of his hands up, Somerled drew upon just enough of his power for a nice little party trick. Slowly, miniature black clouds coalesced under his downward-facing palm, a tiny thunderstorm growing in his hand. His grin faltered for a moment as the pain in his head flared up even more. Soon, insignificant cracks of lightning flashed throughout the palm-sized storm, and content with his demonstration, Somerled lifted his hand, letting the storm run its own course.
The presentation now finished, Sonny leaned over and did what his other half was unable to do. A quick sweep of his shining hand caused the cloud to dissipate back into the air.
“Highly limited right now,” the storm maker admitted, irritation creeping into his tone, “Though I’ll beat that limitation someday.” Before he could say anything beyond that sentence, the sound of someone clearing their throat caught his attention.
“Drop that question you have there,” Somerled interjected before Sonny could say anything, taking a quick step over to his side, giving him a joking knock on the head. “I’m the one with the actual body.” A ripple spread along the sun spirit’s body, starting from the spot his other half had tapped. After this ripple came a shimmer, magic destabilizing and quickly dissipating his body in rays of light, causing him to shine even brighter than he had before. A look of surprise crossed Sonny’s face, but before he could say anything, his body had completely dissolved, leaving nothing behind. With the constant magic drain gone, the headache Somerled had been feeling began to fade away itself.
“Uh...” the monster paused, having no idea how to react to what had just happened. “Whoops.”
“I’m not even going to comment on that,” Sonny responded with his voice. “Anyway, that body you saw was mine.” He addressed Connor, their shared body only turning the head to face the man a few moments later. “Two people rattling around in this head.” Somerled's body held eerily still, their personalities not in sync at all.
“I think we still count as one people, technically.” Somerled said after a moment, making sure Sonny wasn’t going to continue that sentence.
“Point is, I’m Somerled,” Sonny opted against going on that tangent, “Though if it makes it any less confusing, feel free to call the glowing body ‘Sonny.’” In a rare moment of unison, both halves found themselves hoping that this convoluted explanation out of one body wouldn’t just confuse everyone further.

Quote: "Who the hell are you?"Connor growled, glaring quite angrily at Sonny. The spirit in question grew a confused look, not quite sure how someone could have forgotten introductions that happened mere minutes ago.
